Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Chapters does not allow for returns unless the items received by you are different from those you ordered, or if the product is reasonably damaged. In either case, you must contact Chapters at hello@chapters.pk within 24 hours of receiving your order, and provide your name, order number, and a brief outline of your complaint. We will endeavour to respond to you within one business day.
Complaints will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If we agree to facilitate a return, you must return the items, unused, with their original packaging. You will be offered a full refund or exchange. In the case of a refund, any shipping charges you have incurred will be reimbursed.
If you paid by credit card, the full amount will be refunded to the card with which you made the payment. If your payment was made in cash, we will ask you to nominate a bank account into which we can transfer the funds.
We will endeavour to process all refunds within 14 days.
